dear doc,im stuck for words.i have a dong the size of a small skyscraper,haha you may say here is another loon from the ward,but some how my mother and a prize stallion had a short,but none the less meaningful night on the paddock back in 77.anyway,here i am today with the trouser tackle of a fighting bull.is it possible to sell some of my mammot limb to lesser hung mortals?

Yes, a cut n’ chop procedure is available to help those poor souls who are “over balanced” and at risk of falling over and breaking a jaw...
I have performed the operation several times on Gimpy. Each time I tell him he needs to lose several inches for his own safety reasons but he keeps refusing to believe there’s anything wrong with walking around at huge backwards angles and will only let me take off an inch at a time.
And yes there is a huge market for the cut n’ extend operation…
Oh and if you’re suck for words, try taking it out of your mouth first!
